Good product. The pillow case is a bit too loose which is causing the memory foam spacer to move during the night. This is in particular when 1 spacer is put with the pillow.

It is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very soft and very comfortable. I love the fact we also get 2 extra pads just in case it's not thick/high enough. They were a real bonus.

First I bought a muscle mat topper for my motorhome. After the first night of using it, I bought one for home and added on 2 pillows. One for home and one for the motorhome. While I was away, my partner used my pillow and so I bought him two as well. Fabulous. It feels as if I didn't have a pillow, as if I was just sleeping and not once since have I thought about my pillow. It's like the way it should be.
While I don't feel like it is as comfortable as it could be, my neck has been fine since using this pillow. (Have fused neck vertebrae and really find it difficult to find pillows that don't give me a sore neck). So based on that alone, I am happy.

The pillows are so soft but I cannot get them into a comfortable position to sleep peacefully. I will preserve and try the different heights and hopefully it will work out.
After about a week of use, I noticed a real improvement in my spine alignment—the support feels great. An unexpected bonus: the extra foam pads work perfectly as pillow supports for my toddler, who insists on sleeping exclusively on the muscle mat rug!
